ydm valentine's event

Yesterday went to ydm "wild at heart" valentine's party. had a blast. so it started of with a ice breaker called 7-up basically each table counts 1-100 and where ever there's a number 7 in a number or a multiply of 7 the whole group in a table stands up and says 'up'. Unfortunately our table loss. We said the wrong number once and we forgot that 98 was a multiply of seven. THE GAME WAS ABOUT TO END!!! We were lyk what numbers next? Oh yeah 98. Okay 98! oppss. We were suppose to say up. so the whole table have to face a consequence, "the tea pot dance" and I was like what's the tea pot dance. I don't know the tea pot dance. Freak. so we got on stage and I was looking at Sangs and was just following every she makes.. so yeah it was KINDDA embarrassing and ppl were taking pictures!!! but yeah it was great experience. then we haf dinner.the food was great. the band was awesome. they got to play signature bingo. I didn't play cause I didn't haf a pen, but it was fun cause ppl go to you and said "have you climb a tree?", "have you receive a valentine's day card?", "Your a non-ydm-er right?" and I answered yeah. so all of them said "could you pls sign here". through all this process I felt like a celebrity, signing other ppl's paper :p. towards the end of the event was the lucky draw and it was the second prize. I was texting my sis cause we wants to go bu I don't want to leave yet. so I was busy texting my sis. I didn't bother about the lucky draw, you know holding my ticket and wishing that they'll call out my number. nah I wasn't doing that. then suddenly I heard Joel said "103...Sarah" and Sangs hit me on the arm. BTW it hurts! so I got up and received a $10 voucher from coffee bean. yayness. I prefer having coffee bean voucher instead of a mp3 player (1st prize) cause I already have one. it was cool, winning a lucky draw and I never actually won a lucky draw before and there was still a lot of ppl who's number wasn't pick yet, so the chances of me winning a lucky draw is lyk 10 out of a 150?? so yeah I was really happy. I'm sharing it with Sangs cause she was the one who bought the tickets and imagine me getting 104 instead 103, Sangs should be the one winning the coffee bean voucher. After that they were giving away certification of achievement. Mr. Most dazzling smile was Joshua baustista and when Joel announced miss most dazzling smile he called out Sarah. In my head was "pls be the other Sarah, pls be the other Sarah" hey the other Sarah (sorry I forgot her last name but I know he studies in UBD) does have a great smile!! "Obida" called out Joel...."what?" you got to be kidding me. I do not have a dazzling smile. do I? "next we have an award for the most lively table" Joel announced. the other table was screaming and I thought "LOL I bet they won." but then Joel continued, "sorry the judgment was already made." and he was looking at our table 'why was looking at our table? he should be looking at another table.' and he said "Sangeetha's table!!!" Sangs scream ofcorse. non of us get out of our chair. then Sangs finally got up and the rest of us just follow. I was SO SHY!!! I have to get up of my seat and go in the middle and receive something 3 times!!!!!!!!!! actually I have to get up and go there 4 times, plus my horrible tea pot performance. I didn't know what I was doing! =p so yeah it was a great night. ches called it "my lucky night." yeah I kindda felt really lucky for I was about to miss and I was glad that I didn't and I won 3 prizes. I just felt so thankful and grateful about everything that had happen that night. the youths there are super friendly especially ryan and raymond. the talks or sermon about God's love was so inspiring. I really enjoyed it. Honestly I do not regret having to skip alpha program one bit! =D
