okay so enough of my depressing post

this post is for ate gina

Ate Gina is 22. She takes care of KC and my aunt and uncle pay her around $60 Brunei a month. She basically works 24-7. She attends to everyone’s needs. She does the laundry, the ironing, cleaning and everything. She has to work so that she could go to college and able to give money to her parents. Her auntie takes care of her when she was young because her own parents couldn’t support her but she still loves her parents. I mean she works so hard, she takes a whole lot crap from my cousins and still she’s so happy. I mean she’s always smiling and cheerful. My parents pay this lady $100 to iron our uniforms and clothes and she comes only 2 times a month.

I mean how can she still be happy after everything she's been through. I asked her that and she gave me a simple reply. "I'm just use to it." I cant imagine my life like that. working my butt off, being treat like crap and got paid at a minimum wage. I mean my life compare to hers is so different and come to think of it, I should be appreciating my life, being thankfull for everything instead I'm complaining about everything that's not going my way. so yeah i'll be more patient and more understanding. I'll minimum my whinning.
